Description

PVC profile extrusion line is mainly used at PVCdoor, window profile, window sill, ceiling, edge banding,multi-holes cable pipe(four-hole, six-hole, seven-hole, nine-hole and etc.

Features and application

1 PVC profile production line suitable to produce PVC profile, multi-hole cable duct(4-hole, 6-hole,

7-hole, 9-hole option).

2 According to different profile section and mold to choose different conical or parallel twin screw

extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cross direction saw cutter, stacker auxiliary

equipments, The capacity of main extruder from 150-450kg/hr for option.

3 Special design for haul-off by particular up and down technology of our company, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force.

4 Vacuum sizing table having particular big eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for

high speed extrusion necessary.

5 The action of cross direction saw cutter keeping synchronous with haul-

off controlled by import PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable, auto fixed length cutting,

assembled swarf suction device.

6 According to different mold, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4 meter, 6 meter, 8 meter,

11 meter models.

7 Providing parallel twin screw extruder for high speed extrusion

8. This production is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off, cutter

and stacker.

9. Coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door & window profiles,

foamed special shaped materials, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products,

etc
