Mainly used in electronics, folding boxes, plastic, musical instruments, building materials, tools, crafts, signage, packaging and many other industries.
Features:
1) adopts FSJSZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter,which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
2) The down stream equipment includes vacuum calibrator and cooling unit, haul off unit, cutting machine and stacker.
3) The calibration unit is equipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
4) The haul off is equipped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force.
5) The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.
6) The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage.
7) use all electric parts which brand is SIEMENS/SCHNIEDER/OMRON .
Screw designed based on mixing and plasticization function;
Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
±1°C temperature control make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate;
Horizontal, vertical or 45°tilt type, three-roller calendars
Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;
Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness;
Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable;
Automatic metering device can pre-set the length of products.
