Description:
1. This production line is applicable to the continuous extruding of WPC/PVC door panel,
clapboard 'elbow board.
2. Proper double screw extruder, specially used for extruding wood plastic products, should be
chosen in accordance with the panel section, application, and product specific gravity.
3. Also the corresponding auxiliary machines such as vacuum calibrating platform, hauling off
machine, cutting off machine, material reversing platform,etc. are equipped.
4. Products of diversified specification can be produced with different dies.
5. This technology is suitable to produce WPC products at high value with variety of plastic and nature
fiber,and the material is 90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiber.
6. Suitable material: PE, PP+Wood power, PVC+Wood power.
7. This production line can be used to produce salver, packaging box board and decorative floor,etc.
8. Screw and barrel: screwcore installing with internal temperature controlling system,
barrel equipped with vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw materialwhich
can guarantee super quality of the products.
9. driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and
various speed.
10. vacuum calibrating tank: with two aluminum racks, to install various extruding dies,
the main body of the tank make of stainless steel, long service time.
11. haul-off machines: 2 laws haul off machines are provided to manufacture different
width of profiles, haul-off speed governed by the FUJI or ABB inverter.
12. cutting unit: saw cutting, with dust collection system.
13. staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the profile.
14. controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC touch screen controlling.
Application:
This production line adopts international technology, uses PE, PP, PVC, PS or other
plastics compounding with nature fiber powder as the raw material, employs high efficiency
conical twin screw extruder ,mould .vacuum calibration table ,tractor and cutter.
The profile products are popularly used as the building board, partition wall aboard, plank on
storage rack and furniture board, etc.
