Description:
1. PVC fiber reinforced flexible hose is also called PVC network, commonly known as plastic flexible metal
conduit.
2. This production line is composed of extruder,mould,cooling device traction and cutting device,electric
control part and so on.
3. The extruder screw and barrel are nitrided alloy steel.Jacketed water cooling system is on feed zone and
alll zones of barrel are cooling by air blower.Heaters are mounted on the barrel.
4. PVC hose production Line consists of extruder,water flume,belt haufoff unit,thread braided
machine and hose coiler,etc. PVC hose extrusion line has the characteristics of
reasonable match,unique structure,reliable performance,simple operation,easy maintenance and
continuous producing capacity.
5. PVC Fibe Hose excellent transparency allow air locks ensures detection of blockage in less time and
