Material mix inner --layer extrusion inner-- layer forming→ spray cooling→ haul off→ fibre winding→ oven dryness→ outer layer extrusion→ outer layer forming→ spray cooling→ haul-off→ printer→ winder
Processing Flow:
Raw material+additive→mixing → granulating → conveying feeding → single screw extruder → extruding mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → fibre winder → single screw extruder → mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → meter measure → winder → finished product inspecting & packing

After equipment arrival, our service personnel will arrive at posted locale for installation, debugging, training and technology transfer till customers can operate independently and manufactures eligible product. Service personnel have to arrive at customer’s locale in time when we provide service for client again.
